STILWELL ENDORSES OBAMA

Indiana House Majority Leader Russ Stilwell is endorsing Barack Obama for President. In a news release this morning Stilwell said Obama “has the best plan to turn the economy around and create good-paying jobs across the country ? including here in Indiana ? but more important than plans, Obama?s decision to reject money from special interests means he?ll be better positioned to actually make good on his promises.?

What’s interesting about the endorsement is that Stilwell is from Booneville which is in southern Indiana near Evansville. And Stilwell represents the types of Democrats that Hillary Clinton has been targeting and Obama has been trying to reach, white, conservative and working class.

Indiana may turn out to be more of a bellwether states for Democrats that I originally thought.
