Suit: Negligent Care at Hospital has Led to Deaths

A lawsuit has been filed against the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (California) by three employees who claim “substandard care” at the hospital has led to patients’ deaths. The suit claims doctors in the hospital have treated patients with negligence and ignored their requests and advice of other physicians. The suit also claims the three plaintiffs were “ignored or embarrassed, and in one case, terminated” by hospital officials after filing complaints with the Joint Commission of Accreditation Health Organization
