Depends who you ask. Politico reports on new polling data showing Hispanic "enthusiasm" growing considerably in the last few weeks, something sure to bring a smile to the faces of Democrats. On the other hand,the restrictionist Center for Immigration Studies is predicting Latinos will not have an appreciable effect on races this year. What do you think?
