What is one thing that you have learned from your boss that has been transformational for you?

This question brought back memories of a job interview I had once, where there was a moment when my potential boss said something to me that he doesn't remember saying, but I never forgot. Just for fun, I thought I'd do my part this week via video... and a cat... see below to see what I mean.
