: Expressio UniusCarville Doesn't Apologize
By wt
ADVERTISEMENTS
If you're going to make an overly dramatic statement in this campaign, there's only one reaction that's genuine -- stay with it.And Carville does, re his Judas comment directed at Bill Richardson's betrayal of Hillary by endorsing Obama:
But Carville, a CNN commentator, was unapologetic, telling CNN he knew the impact his words would have. "I doubt if Governor Richardson and I will be terribly close in the future," he said, but "I've had my say . . . I got one in the wheelhouse and I tagged him."
It's kind of refreshing to hear someone, after so many instances of apologies and backtracks, to say "I just scored a point off of you. Booyah."
