: Legal Pad | LASheppard Mullin goes green

Sheppard Mullin is attempting to join the growing ranks of environmentally conscious businesses.
The firm announced the launch of an environmental sustainability program last week, aimed at increasing energy efficiency, reducing waste and saving the firm money by educating lawyers and staff.
As part of their initiative, Sheppard Mullin will enroll in the Law Firm Eco-Challenge, a two year pilot project being sponsored by the American Bar Association and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The initiative is being led by partners Rafael Muilenburg and Randolph Visser, co-chair and founder of the firm's global climate change team.
