: Bodily Injury BlogSuit: Hazardous Chemicals In Air Caused Death
By Edward Bills
A lawsuit has been filed in West Virginia over the death of a 19-year-old college student due to exposure to hazardous chemicals released during an explosion at a local plant. According to the suit, the boy went to the hospital a few weeks after the incident with respiratory problems and died of a pulmonary embolism. The suit accuses Bayer of negligence in failing to warn the public of how dangerous the chemicals were.
