Story I have been encouraging Chris Saah to lend his voice to the conversation for quite some time now. As CIO of a distributed organization with well over 1000 employees, he lives in the "trenches" and has both the "scar tissue" and the IT wisdom that goes along with it.

In short, he simply has more insight into people, process and platform than anyone I know. If you missed his lead post (a few down) you can find it here.
