Legal Business School Positions

By Gordon Smith, Christine, Hurt, Vic Fleischer, Fred Tung, Lisa Fairfax, David Zaring

ADVERTISEMENTS

I've been getting some queries about opportunities to teach law in a business school.  These positions do not open up often, but there are some, I think they are well worth consideration, and from time to time I get announcements.  After the jump, for those on the market, I'll set forth the ones I think I've received somewhat lately.  Some are venerable, and they may have found their candidate, but beneath the fold are announcements for, inter alia, a Big Ten school, an SEC school, positions in LA, Australia, and Boston, and a couple of other interesting options.  I'll leave comments open so other postings that I've missed can be added, if necessary, or news about them can shared.  Good luck!

 ....

a very good scholar (probably a senior academic, remembering that we use "Professor" in way more akin to the English than to the American context) with intentions of relocating to Australia might find the headache worth it in the end.  In any event, the ad is located at:

http://monash.turborecruit.com.au/job/job_search_result.cfm?frm_loc_id=0&frm_ind_id=11030&frm_job_type_id=0&frm_keyword=

I think that link works if the = is also in the hyper text link, but I cannot seem to do that.

The ad is located on the Monash website (www.monash.edu.au) as "Professor and Head of Department Business Law and Taxation" if you go there and look for job openings and then go to senior positions.
