ADVERTISEMENTS
Gov. Lingle vetoed a bill that would've required county taxpayers to fund the legal representation of a police officer who, for example, plotted with terrorists to blow up Waikiki or with organized crime to assassinate the police chief. The legislation is supported by the State of Hawai`i Organization of Police Officers.Full post as published by Supreme Court of Hawaii Blog (Unofficial) on March 21, 2008 (boomark / email).
