Grievance filed against Righthaven CEO

Las Vegas Sun has the news about the grievance filed with the Nevada State Bar.  (In a nutshell, the Las Vegas Review Journal, Righthaven and their lawyers have filed a large number of copyright infringement suits against people who post the newspaper's stories, and they've been accused of setting up a lawsuit mill that threatens big damages and settles cheap.  We've seen similar stories about alleged law suit mills in the context of the ADA, California's unfair business practices act, and California's toxic substances law.)
