So, my new trial motion for Mr. Eacker has made the news. It was on the front page of the Fairbanks Daily News Miner today and on TV on KTUU. I'm not going to say more than is in the public record. Oh God how I want to, especially as the news doesn't have it all correct. I could probably ethically comment but I won't. All I can say is we'll see about it. This isn't over.
