Rock On With the Section of Litigation at the Hard Rock

On Wednesday, October 13, 2010 join the ABA Section of Litigation for its 14th Annual National Institute on Class Actions. This year, the section presents its national institute at the Hard Rock Hotel, Chicago, Illinois. Attendees will get the prospective of Federal District Judges on key class action issues; hear the latest trends in litigating class actions; stay up to date on hot class action issues; learn how counsel and the courts are addressing class certification motions; keep up with the latest word on how to settle class action cases; and observe how attorneys address class action waivers and arbitration.

The program will begin at the Welcome Reception on October 13, 2010 and conclude with the Chi-Town Smack Down at 3:45 on Thursday, October 14, 2010.
