A third lawsuit has been filed over a fatal boating accident involving a drunk driver who slammed the boat into the seawall off the coast of Connecticut in 2009. The crash killed two people and their families have already filed suits against the driver. The third lawsuit, filed by a boat passenger, claims the passenger suffered severe injuries to her legs, head and back. All three suits accuse the boat driver of negligence and recklessness, among other things.
