Aspiring Law Professors Conference 2010
The Aspiring Law Professors Conference is designed to assist Visiting Assistant Professors and Fellows at law schools across the country who anticipate attending the AALS Faculty Recruitment Conference in Fall 2010.
The Conference will include panels of law professors who will explain the entry-level appointments process and provide their insider perspective on the process. Conference attendees will also have an opportunity to conduct either a mock interview or a mock job talk. Every attendee will receive individual feedback on his or her performance from a faculty member familiar with the entry-level appointments process.
The College of Law will provide both breakfast and lunch to participants on the day of the 2nd, and it will arrange for a hotel near the College to provide rooms for a reduced rate. There will be no registration fee for the conference but conference attendees are responsible for their own travel.
