Lawsuit Filed In Bizarre School Bus Crash

A school bus crash in Cook County, Ill., has prompted a lawsuit from the parents of one of the injured children. According to the lawsuit, the driver of the bus opened the door while it was moving to vomit but accidentally spun the wheel, sending the bus down into a ditch. The driver should have pulled the bus over and exited to be sick, the suit claims. The plaintiff’s daughter suffered a fractured ankle.
