: Crime & FederalismWorld's Best Boss?
ADVERTISEMENTS
Yes, it is this guy. (Via Bamber.) He has clear expectations. He is direct. The worst bosses are passive-aggressive whiners who lack the will to state their expectations. That, or they lack the vision to articulate what is expected. I'd be curious to see what the guy's payroll looked like.
Typically "pricks" like that guy pay above-market wages. He has expectations, and if those expectations are met, you are paid well. If not, you're fired.
Pricks like him also create better working environments, since the slackers - who are actually parasites of the productive - don't last. Don't want to work? Go cry yourself to sleep in your own bed, but you're not going to suck everyone else dry with your laziness.
I like him.Full post as published by Crime & Federalism on August 04, 2010 (boomark / email).
