Legal and Economic Depravity Reaches a New Low in the United States: A Very Sick Legal and Economic System in America Now Hiring Lawyers for No Pay

By Andis Kaulins

ADVERTISEMENTS

We read at the ABA Journal that Federal and Local Prosecutor Offices Hiring Additional Lawyers, But Pay Is Zip.

We wrote previously about income inequality in the United States previously at Income Inequality is the Cancer of the American Economy : WSJ Errs in Trying to Exculpate Bush Tax Cuts as a Major Cause of Federal Deficits and The Causes of the Recession and Government Deficits : A Reply to a LawPundit Posting and Our Rebuttal.

If we legislated that all people in America making more than $200,000 per year had to pay 50% of their income to the government to provide jobs for those who do not have them, unemployment in the United States could be ended in a matter of months.

To pay some "a lot" for doing the same thing that other people are asked to do for no pay at all is the lowest moral and economic depravity that we can think of.
