North American Brain Injury Society & National Association of State Head Injury Administrators Call for Abstracts

The North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS) and The National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) are pleased to announce that accepted abstracts from the 2010 Joint Meeting of the NABIS and NASHIA will be published in the Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation. This meeting will be held October 5-8, 2010, at the Hilton Hotel in Minneapolis, MN.

NABIS and NASHIA are value presentations that highlight current and best practices, including information that compliments the Joint Meeting's topical themes including: basic research (animal and human), medical/clinical research (including acute care and rehabilitation), and post acute care (including education, life-long living and vocational issues). Also encouraged are innovative approaches to brain injury assessment, treatment, intervention, rehabilitation, advocacy and public policy initiatives.

The deadline for abstracts is Wednesday July 21, 2010. You can access additional information on submitting an abstract and on the 2010 meeting in October online here.
