By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

The American Association of Long Term Care Insurance is sponsoring an Errors and Omissions plan with similar policy wording regarding structured settlements  to the Society of Financial services Professionals plan I described last week. $1,000,000 limits are available for approximately $510 annual premium.

The policy wording:

"Based upon, arising out of, or in any way involving the offering, sale or servicing of any structured settlement, however this exclusion shall not apply to a Claimant solely based on or arising out of the selling or servicing of a covered product utilized to fund a structured settlement".
