: GamePolitics.comEye of Judgment Servers Shutting Down
By james_fudge
Sony Computer entertainment plans to shut down servers for its popular EyeToy collectible trading card game, Eye of Judgment. The servers for the game will be closed on Sept. 30, though SCE says that offline play and trophy support will still be available.

As Game | Life notes in its report, the biggest reason the game wasn't more readily accepted by gamers is that it required a bit of investment to get started; you need an EyeToy camera and Eye of Judgment cards that had to be purchased as booster packs like other traditional collectible trading card games.
