Legal Blogging Group Highlights: July 2-8, 2010

The Legal Blogging Group is now 4,268 members strong. Here are the highlights from the past week. With so many recently-minted JDs spending the summer slogging through BarBri courses and taking practice tests, a law clerk and 3L asks members to walk down memory lane for a series of posts he's writing on the subject: "Any lawyers here have notes/journals/memories from studying from the bar?" Responses varied, but most reflect on the experience with a certain nostalgia. In the words of one member, I probably would have been killed for saying it then, and it even sounds strange now, but I have some fond memories of my bar review summer. Yes, it was a huge challenge and burden, but it was one that was shared by many and we went through it with friends (as opposed to workplace drudgery)...continue to full post
