Obama Replacing McChyrstal

The meeting between the president and the general who has been leading the war effort in Afghanistan lasted only about half an hour, and the general left the White House around 10:30 a.m. Three hours later, Obama announced his decision?McChrystal had to go. In his place, Obama said that General David Petraeus, the head of U.S. Central Command, would take over leading the Afghanistan fight.
