“Will the media call this the year of the woman?:”

• While AR Democratic Senatorial nominee Blanche Lincoln beat back the left in her primary (no, really: “Organized labor just flushed $10 million down the toilet“), all bets are that she’ll be losing her seat on November 2

“Arkansas Primary Result in 28 Characters (not counting spaces):”

• “Two Tech Chiefs Triumph in California” and give rather vulnerable socialist incumbents like Senator Barbara Boxer a run for her money (it helps that Fiorina’s worth many millions and that Whitman is easily a billionaire, thanks to having been at the helm of eBay from the time it had 35 employees)
• The TeaPartyExpress (among throngs of individuals) was instrumental in helping Ms. Sharron Angle earn the right to challenge NV Senator Harry Reid on November 11
• And South Carolina is one step closer to electing its first woman Governor in State Rep. Nikki Haley. Never mind the fact that she’s had lots of really nasty stuff thrown at her; she seems to have a good chance at clinching

It also appears — based on the above — that we have a new (shall we call her) a “Queen-maker” in the GOP? Yes, that woman that the left loves to hate: Gov. Sarah Palin. Her backing really pays off (check out some videos here).
