CNBC (AP): "A Christian legal group has offered to defend Allen County's health department against a lawsuit seeking to stop a local ordinance that regulates doctors who perform abortions and other procedures. The county commissioners will discuss this week whether to allow Alliance Defense Fund, an Arizona-based group of Christian lawyers, to represent the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health, Commissioner Nelson Peters said."
