The Official Bankruptcy Forms, for My Favorite Price!

By Joseph McDaniel, Esq.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Back in the good old days (formerly known as "these trying times"), when you hired an Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyer, you filled out intake sheets which were then typed by an army of secretaries in the typing pool onto a stack of "flimsys" which had a technological innovation called "carbon paper" between each of the tissue-thin sheets.

We have come a long way.

Whoever it was that invented the internet did us all a favor and a curse. The advantage of printing was that we could preserve written knowledge for all time.

The advantage of Google and the internet is that we can now find it!

The Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts maintains a site with the Official Forms. My personal belief is that everybody who is going to file a bankruptcy of any kind needs a bankruptcy Sherpa to guide them, just in case something goes wrong.

Which it sometimes does, and these days the consequences can be severe.

But since people have more time on their hands, what with unemployment hovering around an actual rate of 20%, here's a link to the Official Forms so you can review them as sort of a bankruptcy preview.

They ain't pretty, but they're Official!

And again, don't try this at home, folks. These people are trained professionals! At least some of 'em!
