NLRB General Counsel Ronald Meisburg is resigning

The Proskauer law firm announced today that Ronald Meisburg, the NLRB's General Counsel, will be joining the firm. [Press release]

Although Meisburg's term runs until August 14, we expect him to resign effective June 20.

I can't say enough good things about Ronald Meisburg, a long-time General Counsel and former Member of the NLRB. He served with honor and integrity under both Democrat and Republican administrations.
