Pressman Settlements Corporation FINALLY Responds To Peer Pressure- Finally Licensed as Florida Insurance Agency

Despite continuously operating and advertising its insurance business in Florida for several years, Pressman Settlements Corporation has operated without a Florida insurance license. Thankfully for Floridians those days are NOW over as Florida Office of Insurance Regulation records NOW show Pressman Settlements Corporation's license became effective January 17, 2008.

Pressman Settlements Corporation however, is still not listed as registered to do business in Florida with the Florida Secretary of State (see www.sunbiz.org).

The purpose of professional licensing and requirement to register businesses with Secretary of State is to protect consumers.
