ADVERTISEMENTS
We are delighted to have George Brown, Boston College Law School, blogging with us for a while. I spent three delightful years visiting at BC in the early part of this decade and thus got to know George as the erudite, thoughtful scholar and consummate gentleman that he is. George's current research and writing interest is national security issues. He has written an excellent article article on Bivens suits in this context, which will appear in 83:5 of the Southern California Law Review. Though George, like most of us, is hip-deep in grading at the moment, we look forward to his thoughts on national security, Bivens, and whatever else comes to mind. Welcome, George!
