By Edward Bills
Horse jockey Rene Douglas has filed a lawsuit against the Chicago-area Arlington Park race track, claiming the uneven track contributed to an accident Douglas was involved in that left him paralyzed. The lawsuit claims negligence in both the installation of the track and its maintenance. It seeks at least $50,000 in damages.
