New Complaint Lodged Against Sharon Keller

"Keller draws a new complaint," is the title of R.G. Ratcliffe's post at the Houston Chronicle's Texas Politics blog."The Texas Civil Rights Project today filed a complaint against her with the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct, asking that she be sanctioned for not properly filing personal financial disclosure statements with the Texas Ethics Commission.The ethics commission last week slapped Keller with a record $100,000 fine. She says she plans to appeal."Judge Keller's egregious material omissions from her personal financial statements bring the integrity of the Texas judiciary and of her court into disrepute and was a source of scandal to the citizens of the state," said Civil Rights Project Director Jim Harrington...continue to full post
