Two lawyers at Korenberg Abramowitz sentenced for visa fraud

A name partner and an attorney at one of the West Coast's largest immigration law firms were sentenced for filing fraudulent employment visa applications for foreign nationals yesterday, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles. Daniel Korenberg, the founder of the firm formerly known as Korenberg, Abramowitz & Feldun (KAF), plead guilty to two counts of visa fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud.
