Congrats to David Lewandowski, VC March Madness Champ:

ADVERTISEMENTS
(Todd Zywicki)

Winner of the Third VC March Madness competition.  Although David picked Ohio State to win the championship, he did pick Duke for the final and that apparently was enough.  David took a huge lead around the time of the Sweet 16 and held on.  To his credit, he nailed Cornell in the Sweet 16.  Given the topsy-turvy nature of this year?s tourney, apparently his success through the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 was enough.  David?the VC tee shirt is yours, so drop me a line to tell me where to send it.

Michael Holloway was the high scorer of those who correctly predicted Duke.

Finally, in case you missed it, George Mason basketball coach Jim Larranaga wrote an interesting article for the Washington Post over the weekend on Butler?s rise.

Thanks again for everyone who participated.  What a terrific tournament this year even if all of us had our brackets blown up.
