A Chicago woman has filed a lawsuit against the promoters and host of last summer’s B96 Summer Bash concert after she was alleged injured when an R&B singer jumped into the crowd. Holly Duncan claims that when singer Akon jumped into the crowd, it caused one of the concertgoers to fall back onto her. She says in her lawsuit that she sustained injuries that have prevented her from “attending to ordinary affairs and duties.” She accuses the defendants of negligently failing to prevent the circumstances which caused her injuries.
