Lawsuit Filed Over Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash

A Southern California woman has filed a $25 million wrongful-death lawsuit against the woman suspected of killing her daughter in a hit-and-run accident in November 2007. The lawsuit claims that Tiffany St. Ives may have been drunk or on drugs when she hit and killed Marlene Resendiz with her car. The lawsuit claims St. Ives came “barreling” through the intersection Resendiz was walking across, striking her and dragging her some 400 yards. St. Ives simply kept on driving, the suit says
