Los Angeles Sports Concussion Conference

The National Summit on Sports Concussion is an annual event featuring prominent medical providers,scientists and clinicians who focus on preventing and treating sports concussion and orthopedic injuries.

This year's conference is scheduled for Friday, May 14, 2010 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Los Angeles, California.

The National Summit addresses the comprehensive health care needs of athletes who are at risk for, or have already sustained, a concussion or orthopedic injury. The target audience is those who work with athletes of all ages and ranks more so than the athletes themselves, although all are welcome. The goal is to facilitate the prevention of injury as well as the athlete?s recovery and safe, confident, return to competition in a timely fashion.
