The Glom is very excited to have Hannah Buxbaum, Executive Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, as a guest blogger to give us the scoop on Monday's Supreme Court case Morrison v. National Australia Bank Ltd.  This case, the "f-cubed" case involves foreign purchasers who bought securities from a foreign issuer on a foreign exchange suing in the United States under U.S. anti-fraud securities laws.  This is the case the AG and the SEC did not want the Supreme Court to take, and Hannah is the expert on it.  Hannah teaches Comparative Law, Contracts, International Business Transactions, International Litigation, and Secured Transactions and writes on such topics as transnational regulation and litigation.  Her SSRN page is here.

We are glad to have Hannah here to blog about the case and whatever else suits her fancy.  We tend to like cheese, football and movies, but we're flexible!

Welcome, Hannah!
