The conference, co-hosted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and NSF International--a not-for-profit NGO leader in standards development, inspections, testing, and certification--has attracted record-setting attendance. Over 700 experts in the field, ranging from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) officials to strawberry food safety specialists, are participating in the sessions.
