Governor Beshear Appoints District Judge
Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear has appointed the Honorable Fred Franklin White to the office of District Judge for the 34th Judicial District, Division 2, of Kentucky, serving McCreary and Whitley counties. The vacancy was created when Daniel L. Ballou was elected as Circuit Judge.
