TTABlog News Flash: President Obama Signs Trademark Technical and Conforming Amendment Act of 2010

On March 17, President Obama signed into law the Trademark Technical and Conforming Amendment Act of 2010. Among other things, the law fixes an anomaly concerning the time periods for filing declarations of use under Section 71 of the Act (in connection with Madrid Extensions of Protection).
