President unveils plans to change "No Child Left Behind" law (KVUE-TV Austin)

The Obama Adminstration unveils its plan to radically change the "No Child Left Behind" law. The new approach will focus on rewarding schools for progress, rather than punishing them for not meeting benchmarks. Educators critized the original law for focusing too much on testing.
