ADVERTISEMENTS
US v. Gurrola-Rodriguez, No. 06-4192 (10th Cir. 3/6/08) (unpublished): The Tenth Circuit upholds the district court's denial of the defendant's motion to suppress wiretap evidence. The defendant had argued that the government failed to provide a sufficient statement regarding other investigative procedures as required by 18 USC 2518(1)(c). The Tenth provides a lengthy discussion of the statutory requirements for the government's application for a wiretap, so this case, although unpublished is worth reviewing if you have a wiretap suppression issue.Full post as published by Tenth Circuit Blog on March 06, 2008 (boomark / email).
