: Sex CrimesNew Article on Residency Restrictions
By Corey Rayburnyung
ADVERTISEMENTS
Concurring Opinions is nice enough to post the tables of contents of leading law reviews. Like Doug Berman, I noticed that the recent Northwestern University Law Review includes a student note on the subject of residency restrictions.
I read through the article and it does a pretty good job on some issues. Because it is a student note, it is shorter than a full-length article and can't cover everything well. While my article was probably published a bit too late to be referenced, I'm a bit disappointed that the author didn't mention or discuss Wayne Logan's excellent piece since it was the first law review by a law professor on the subject. Anyway, go check it out if you are interested in residency restrictions.Full post as published by Sex Crimes on March 05, 2008 (boomark / email).
