Arroyo finally signs VAT exemption law for elderly (GMA News)

(Updated 5:57 p.m.) President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Tuesday finally signed the Expanded Senior Citizen bill - a measure exempting senior citizens from paying the 12 percent value added tax - into law.
