Mortgage Modification Fails Over $.40 Bank Error

Just when you thought you saw it all, here is the mortgage modification nightmare.  This gentlemen and his wife are going to lose their permanent loan modification over a $.40 bank error.  Despite hours and hours on the phone and re-assurance after re-assurance, nothing was done by Bank of America to correct their error.   Watch this:
