Saul Ewing Partner Steps Down as PaPike Vice Chair

Public finance lawyer Timothy Carson has resigned as a vice chairman of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission over revelations about two past drunk-driving incidents. The lawyer also is no longer employed by his firm, Saul Ewing, a spokesperson confirms, though no reason for the departure has been offered. Carson describes the two events as "totally unrelated."
