Rhonda Bentzen continues to avoid providing support to random accusations of her competitors walking away from Court Orders in 2009 as well as provide any written support to suggest that less than 90% of her structured settlement industry clientele is taking payments from her ( which we and others have pointed out is at the expense of injury victims and annuitants) as she stated in writing in December 2007.

Through its advertising, Structured Asset Funding continues to encourage structured settlement annuitants to sell their structured settlement payments to buy fancy cars and boats.
