The Special Master has issued his Findings of Fact in the case of Judge Sharon Keller. The special master is Republican Judge David Berchelmann, Jr. Keller is also a Republican. The document can be located on the website of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct at http://www.scjc.state.tx.us/caseinfo.aspThe Commission will announce the date, time and location of the public hearing before the Commission at a later date.Texas Moratorium Network filed a complaint against Keller with the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct in November 2007 that was signed by about 1900 people.
