Sunwest will Sell 134 Nursing Homes to Blackstone Group

Sunwest Management has signed a deal to sell 134 of its nursing homes to a group led by private equity giant Blackstone. The deal appears to be controversial considering that Blackstone is offering a lowball price. Even federal criminal investigators are looking into the case.
