OH: Arrival of adult shop leaves city scrambling

Mansfield News Journal: "Remy said he is pursuing several possibilities to reduce negative effects on the city from the new Adultmart near Interstate 71 and Ohio 13. Among the potential options is an ordinance requiring operating licenses for sexually oriented businesses -- 'similar to what taxicabs are required to have or to the vendor's licenses that the county issues,' Remy said. License holders would pay a fee and be required to renew the license annually."
